What this website collects
This website has no forms, no account sign-ups and no chat boxes. We do not ask you to type your name, email address or home address into a page. The only way to reach us is by phone, using the number shown on every page.
Like most websites, the hosting service may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested, the date and time, and the browser type. We use that kind of information to keep the site running and to see which pages people read, not to identify you personally.
Phone calls to our line
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers and ask how else you can reach us.
When you call, we may ask for your name, the address where the plumbing problem is, a callback number and a short description of what is happening. We use that information to dispatch a plumber, to answer your questions and to follow up on the appointment you asked for.
Your phone carrier also makes your number visible to us when you call. We treat that number the same way as the details you share out loud.
Who may receive call details
Guilford 24/7 Plumbing is a dispatch line for plumbing work in Guilford and nearby Connecticut shoreline towns. To send a plumber to your home or business, we share the job details with the licensed plumbing professional who will handle the visit. We do not share call details for any other purpose.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use this site to build mailing lists.
Third-party services on this site
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, and the maps on each page are Google Maps embeds. Those services receive standard connection information such as your IP address when your browser loads them. Their own privacy policies describe how they handle that data.
How long we keep information
We keep call records and job details for as long as we need them to complete the work, answer questions about it and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
